Say hello to Cadbury. This little guy is a black 10-week-old lab/dobie/dachsund mix and weighs 4.5 lbs. He is a busy fella, always playful and exploring. He greets you and nips at your hand to be sure you are paying attention to him. Pick him up and he will offer lots of kisses. Berry has the leg length and body shape of a lab. He is working on housebreaking and crate training. He is current on his shots and is being fostered in York, Pa We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. We are an all volunteer organization and we are always looking for more help. Learn more about adopting from us or volunteering for us at www.pack9rescue.org or check us out on Facebook for more information and a complete list of dogs available for adoption. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-08-03-00321Roscoe (male)|
Hi, my name is Roscoe! I'm 3 yrs old and I need to come to rescue because the house is getting a little crowded. Yep, another little one made it's entrance here and no one has the time for me. I'm really a good boy. I'm not a fan of cats but I like meeting people. As for other dogs, I live with another one who is smaller than me but never really associated with any outside my home. I'm sure with the right introductions, everything would be ok. If you thing you could be my future home, please fill out an application at www.dvdpa.org. Go to adopt and click on application.

|Animal ID: MiniMini (female)|
I'm MINI, a 2-year-old, female, 12 lb. Miniature Pinscher mix. I'm smart and food-motivated, so I'm a quick study, ready to learn tons of stuff if you'd like to be my teacher. (I'm ready. When does class begin?) Watch my video to see me play tennis! I love my playtime and toys -- along with treats (especially as rewards for my good behavior!). I'm in foster care now, but before I was in a tough (and rough) situation, a bit unsure of my place and scared of lots of things, and this resulted in me being a bit snappy. But I am SO affectionate now -- the ultimate lap dog and a great and very loving companion, especially to women and girls (boys and men still freak me out at times -- as do other dogs and cats). Among my favorite things is walking on a lead. (I've been told I look 'elegant.') After an energetic day, I walk right into my crate and sleep a good 8 to 10 hours. If you can give me patience, time and guidance, I can expand my lovey-dovey side to be a fabulous companion. Are you my hero? MINI is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee is $325. Please note that training is highly recommended for all young dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing. Visit WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG and click on the ADOPT tab for an overview of Lulu's Rescue adoption process. Thanks for adopting and saving a life -- you are MINI'S hero! (Less)

Meisha is a 3 years young, blue Doberman Pinscher, who has natural ears and a docked tail, she is spayed and up to date with vaccinations and micro-chipped. Meisha is housebroken, crate trained, knows her basic commands and is a very affectionate girl. She can be nervous around other dogs and would do best as your only love. Meisha is a cuddle bug, she wants nothing more than to be with her humans, she would make a low key household a great companion dog. Meisha is a part of our Paw it Forward program, she comes with a new martingale collar, leash and walking harness, a Nylabone and a toy, her adoption fee is $300. Doberman Pinscher Dogs can make good pets in Pennsylvania if they match your IifestyIe. The Doberman Pinscher is a powerful guard dog. Dobermans are protective, but are not vicious dogs; their reputation for aggression is undeserved. Doberman Pinschers that are properly trained and socialized are very gentle family companions.
