|Animal ID: Sadie (female)|
Sadie is an AWESOME girl that was dumped do to NO fault of her own! Her owners were having a third baby and had a one year old and a 3 yr old child already and felt Sadie was too much( i dont know why she is perfect!!) they adopted sadie to a family that had her a few months then just let her go ... and she was picked up by animal control. No one wanted her so i took her to keep her from going to the pound. She is about 5 years old, is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations and spayed. Sadie is housebroken 100% and crate training in progress. She loves car rides and is a fun and loving dog! She talks to you when she wants something. How someone could DUMP this sweet dog is crazy and cruel! She gets along with all my dogs and my rescues. She is fun to walk and would be a great dog for someone ! Wont you give this loving dog a THIRD chance? Poor dog is so good!!!! I cant imagine how she could be too much work ..she is an angel ! (Less)

Sadie is a lab / doberman mix girl -through no fault of her own has found herself without a HOME! Sadie is five years old, spayed, vaccinated dhpp, bordetella and rabies three year, wormed, microchipped, and a wonderful dog! Sadie is housebroken and crate trained and is living in my house with my dogs without a problem. The picture isnt great but i wanted to show that she does have doberman markings even though she looks like a lab. Not sure if the color came out well. She is a wonderful dog. Her owners were having a third baby and said they didnt have time for her because they had a one year old and a three year old children. so they adopted her out and the people they adopted her to dumped her .. just let her go. The husband of the original owner said the dog is not coming back here so i stepped up and took this poor dog. She is great! great walking partner, rides great in a car- she is an awesome dog but because of her age no one wants her! poor dog!!! She is looking for a great forever home! Please consider this dog if you dont want to worry about puppy stage and like to have a partner to walk! (Less)

I had rescued 4 month old Max and was going to adopt him out. but I found out he is deaf. I have never trained or adopted out a deaf dog, and don't want to take a chance on finding a bad home, or owners who cant handle a disabled dog. Please help!

|Rescue Me ID: 13-05-21-00076Harley (male)|
Harley is an extra large male doberman. He has his natural tail and ears. He is approx 130 lbs of fun. He is approximately 3 years old. We rescued him in November 2011 from a high kill animal shelter. He loves everyone and always attracts attention which he enjoys from others when we take him out. He loves to play fetch and swim. He needs more help not tugging on the leash but he tries. He has been going to Bow Wow Beach in Stow Ohio recently where he has been a very well behaved with all the people and dogs he meets (see the video). We require him be placed in a home with a physically fenced in yard and a rural setting. He has a very strong alert bark. He is strongly reactive to small prey animals like rabbits, squirrels and cats. He gets along with most other dogs but will be the alpha of the pack but he listens really well. He is like a big baby Huey. Very wonderful happy loveable fur guy. He is crate and house trained and loves car rides. An adoption application, references and home visit and adoption fee apply. Please be within a 2 hour reasonable drive from 44431 so that we will be able to do his home visit and any follow up that may be necessary. Although Dobermans are known to be great protectors and Harley is no exception, we will not be placing him with any home that intends to use him solely for that purpose. He is a family member not a home or personal security device. (Less)

Doberman Pinscher Dogs can make good pets in Ohio if they match your IifestyIe. The Doberman Pinscher is a powerful guard dog. Dobermans are protective, but are not vicious dogs; their reputation for aggression is undeserved. Doberman Pinschers that are properly trained and socialized are very gentle family companions.
