Rescue Me ID: 14-09-29-01042Lincoln (male)

Doberman Pinscher    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Sadly, we must rehome Lincoln. He is a cropped and docked boy who is about 18 months old. He needs to go to an experienced Doberman owner. He is good with my 10 and 11 year old kids, but get nervous when their friends come over. Also, our neighbors are afraid of him and are complaining. He is very protective of our family and is a great watch dog. He has never bitten anyone. He is very much a Velcro Dobe and would do best in an adult home with someone who is home most of the time. I would love to see him out in the country with no close neighbors and room to run. He is a very loving guy and loves to go for rides in the car. Please ... (Read More)consider this beautiful dog.     Hi there. My name is Koby. I am about 7 months old and I weigh about 45 lbs. I was found a stray in the East Liverpool area and I was brought in to the pound. I am a very super sweet boy. I am a little shy at first but I warm up nicely. I love to kiss and cuddle with people. I am very affectionate and playful. I love to jump around and play. I am a great boy for being as young as I am. I am quiet and I seem to have good manners. If you're looking for a sweet dog to add to your family, please consider adopting me! I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer. ... Animal ID: 14-08-08-00381Scarlet (female)

Doberman Pinscher    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Need to find a new home for Scarlet soon as I am moving and cannot take her with me to the new apartment. Scarlet has been living on my farm for the last five years. She's been around other dogs, cats, horses and kids. 98% of the time she is timid and quiet. However, she is very protective and takes time to warm up to strangers. And she sometimes doesn't want to be bothered by other dogs. Would make someone a sweet and protective dog but needs to be watched carefully around strangers and other dogs. Adoption fee is negotiable but it's important that she goes to a good home.
