Rescue Me ID: 17-04-02-00294Blue (female)

Doberman Pinscher    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi my name is Blue, but don't let my name fool you because I am not a sad girl at all! I am the exact opposite, I am a happy and outgoing girl who is looking for a forever home! Some important facts about myself are that I am 1-1.5 yr old, I weigh approx. 60 lb, I am a beautiful blue and tan colored girl with natural ears and a docked tail. Prepare to be impressed because I am house trained, crate trained and I walk nicely on a leash! I am an active girl who is good with most dogs, especially when introducing me slowly which I appreciate. I do like people a lot, but due to my past I am uncertain about who I can trust so if you are ... (Read More)patient with me and let me slowly get to know you I guarantee I will come to love you a lot. I have not been cat tested and my foster dad thinks I would do best with kids over 12 years of age since I need some patience. Blue was picked up as a stray so we do not have a significant amount of information about her history. She has recently had a litter, but sadly we do not know where the puppies went. This lovely girl is fully vaccinated, spayed and ready for her forever home. Our adoption process consists of application, with references and home visit and a meet and greet. All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at HookedOnDobies@gmail.com or visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more! (Less)

Doberman Pinscher    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Otto is a big handsome young lad. He is full of young energy and would love to find a home with active people. He is very loving and attaches quickly to his people. Otto is very smart and picks up new things easily. We are working on house training and he's been doing great and is almost there. He has also been doing well with crate training. He gets along with other dogs but he does like to chase cats and chickens. While his history is unknown, it is suspected he was dumped from someone who had been using him to breed and we think he had very little human interaction. Because of this he is starting from scratch on basic obedience training ... (Read More)and would do best with someone who would be interested in taking him through an obedience course.     Great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget'| so, let's travel that path together. I am also a Klingon: Resistance is futile'| I will follow you, stick to you'| basically Kling-on to you as if I have ensnared you in a force field. Rescue Me ID: 16-05-20-00333Cash (male)

Doberman Pinscher    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Arthritis,
 Incontinent

[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Cash is a very handsome senior red and tan Doberman with cropped ears and a docked tail. We believe he is somewhere around 8-10 years young. This gentle soul was rescued by some dedicated people who alerted us. Cash is a large fellow weighing 84 pounds and has a low energy activity level. He loves his people and will do best with adults and older children due to his size and activity level. He seems indifferent to other dogs but we still recommend proper introductions with other dogs. His foster/advocate states he is very attentive and enjoys walks and time with people. Cash is a special needs fellow ... (Read More)with arthritis and a long term managed lick granuloma on his front leg. Due to his limited mobility managed with cold laser treatments and anti-inflammatories, he cannot negotiate stairs. He requires a belly band when indoors as he can have a small bit of urinary incontinence and/or mark indoors. He is making great improvement with regard to that with his current foster/advocate. Our adoption process consists of application, with references and home visit and a meet and greet. All animals adopted are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and tested and treated for intestinal parasites, as necessary. Saving Dobermankind is a 100% foster-based rescue and therefore do not have a shelter for viewing available animals. Adopters must complete the application process prior to a meet-and-greet being set up with dogs.
